Q: Is this a generic copy-paste plan? A: No. While the methodology is standardized, your specific training zones (heart rate/pace/power) and weekly volume are calculated based on your initial profile and adjusted during the monthly review.

Q: How much communication do I get? A: This tier is low-touch. You get a detailed plan and a monthly data review/adjustment. There is limited WhatsApp support and no weekly feedback calls. If you need real-time support, the Hybrid Pro is a better fit.

Q: Do I need TrainingPeaks Premium? A: You can use the free Basic account, which is fully compatible. However, a Premium account (optional) allows you to move workouts around yourself if your schedule changes last minute.

Q: What happens if I get sick or injured? A: We activate the "Red Light Protocol". You notify me, and we immediately pause your plan to prevent further damage. Note: The Digital tier focuses on asset protection (pausing the load to prevent damage). If you require an active rehabilitation strategy (e.g., cross-training prescription for swimming/cycling to maintain fitness while injured), this complex re-calibration is exclusive to the Hybrid Pro tier.
