I have trained since December for the Milan Marathon with Fabio. After a thorough discussion about my experience, my state of fitness, my goals and the time available for training, he has developed a personalized 16-weeks plan. During the whole time he's been following my progress, checking my performance and adapting the plan as necessary (for instance in case of sickness, minor injury or simply lack of time on a specific day). It has been my fifth Marathon, and not only I have improved my personal best by an incredible 27 minutes; most importantly, I reached the finishing line without any joint pain or cramps as in my previous experiences, tired but not exhausted.
