Whether you're just starting out or already an experienced runner, refining your running technique can help you run more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and feel more fluid with every step. This outdoor group class is designed specifically for runners who want to improve their form through focused drills and structured guidance.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Please read the following guidelines carefully before booking your session: - Booking Deadline: Clients can book a class up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. - Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking online up to 12 hours before the class begins. Late cancellations will not be refunded or credited. - Rescheduling: You may also reschedule your session online up to 12 hours before the start time. - Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. - Group Limit: Each session is limited to a maximum of 16 participants to ensure a focused and high-quality experience. Please ensure you bring a yoga mat (or similar), a water bottle, and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor movement. The class takes place outdoors, either in a park or on a track field. Thank you for respecting these policies, which help keep the experience smooth and fair for everyone.
