Meeting Policy – Free Consultation Sessions 1. Purpose This policy outlines the guidelines for scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling free consultation meetings to ensure effective time management and professional courtesy. 2. Scheduling & Confirmation - Free consultation meetings must be scheduled in advance through the designated booking system or via direct communication. - A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations - If a participant needs to reschedule or cancel, they must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. - Notifications can be sent via email or the booking system. - If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within less than 24 hours, we **cannot guarantee** an alternative appointment at short notice. 4. No-Show Policy - If a participant does not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, they may not be eligible for another free consultation. 5. Provider’s Right to Reschedule - In the rare case that we need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide alternative time slots. 6.
